Reasons given: "what a f-" and ". _ .".
I understand its a very strange fetish but not a violation. It's inspired by Demon-man's art which features some very bizarre bodily transformations (tentacles, extra limbs, extra genitalia, etc).
It is also not:
Realistic or photorealistic images of loli or shota characters.
Off-topic images (i.e., actual photographs, game cgs/screenshots.)
Bara and scat content of any kind.
The legs are modeled on a females legs.

It has been reviewed by 8 approvers. 8 did not like the post enough to approve it

This means 6 approvers gave no reason, the other two gave those reasons mentioned prior. It is true that these are quite unnecessary to have in the disapproval comments and rather belong to the comment section, but the reason for the deletion was that none of the 8 approvers that saw the image didn't like the image, in one way or another; they didn't like this kind of fetish nor found it visually appealing.
Basically, the image was not manually deleted but automatically deleted after three days due to none of the approvers liking it.
