Identically-named Stand power of Foo Fighters from JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken. A group of plankton given consciousness by the effects of Enrico Pucci's Stand Whitesnake.

The plankton form into an unnatural humanoid shape in its original form, and are able to shoot sections of itself off from its finger like a gun. Can separate and move extremely fast when submerged in water.
