Hello friendly approvers, it's me again. Hopefully someone reads this.
I did some inpainting, cleaned up the image a lot, and perhaps most importantly didn't upsize it with esrgan, which I didn't know wasn't allowed. Hope this is good enough now.

The image has gone through so much since the original iteration 11 months ago that the original prompt is pretty meaningless now. But it's here anyway.
