Like other people said, controlnet.
Personally I stopped using it long ago.
Because it felt it didn't only determined the pose itself but the style as well.
For example if you used a pose and the proportions in the pose were stretched the character would appear more slender or tall that you initially wanted, same way
Also, it seemed to consume lot more memory to gen and take it more time.
Specially with XL I prefer just taking my chances with genning and if I dont like the pose I stop and make another gen
