Took me mf three hours to get this done, had this perfect render but the hand was all messed up (six fingers) so I tried to use inpainting in reforge, but that shit was ass. Had to set up a batch of like 30 to get a somewhat decent result, but even then it forgot the thumb and fucked up another finger, so I just put it into Krita and just straight up drew the thumb and other fingers myself. had to fix a bunch of other little areas too, not perfect, but I think its alright
