Imply faux colored pencil (medium) -> faux traditional media

A new tag was made and so I'm requesting an implication to be made for the tag so that it could join its other Faux Traditional Media counterparts.

faux_traditional_media has >500 posts and the new tag, faux_colored_pencil_(medium), only has 1.
I'm against the suggested BUR unless the latter tag has at least 10 posts.
