Deprecate/Alias "one_leg_up"

deprecate one_leg_up

The wiki already says not to use this tag
leg up covers this well enough

Shouldn't we alias it to leg_up then?

I chose deprecation because the wiki is in the style of other wikis for deprecated tags

I feel like deprecation should only be for when the feature is not supposed to be tagged, or should be tagged with more specificity (e.g. specific type of legwear vs just "legwear"). But here we have 2 tags that are used to describe the same thing, so I'm pretty sure an alias is the way to go.
