BUR #498 has been rejected.

Ambiguous and misused color tags. Does not exist on Danbooru. Basically dark aqua or muted dark green.

It should be aqua, not green, though.

Yeah, But I think aliasing to green would be better since aqua vs light green is less ambiguous than teal vs dark green. Right now, teal has been used for everything ranging from dark green, aqua, and blue.
Or we can just deprecate it, since all the teal posts can be sorted into green / aqua / blue. (sorted already)

You should not start sorting posts like that before the BUR decision has been made in case people would rather keep the tag. BURs have votes for a reason. Anyhow, I agree deprecating being the better answer due to the ambiguity.
