Yeah the tag works better in illustrious based models, noobai as well I think, you can adjust the number to vary the age. 2 gives a nice young teen in my experience, may have some images to post to demonstrate that.
It's the same as Megumu's version, but for some reason this one was harder to make I had to manually edit the shirt to make it slightly pink, i edited stockings to make them “zettai ryouiki” I also had to try several times because, for some reason, a character that looked like Hatate but had a different hairstyle kept appearing.
Haven't gotten around to listening to all of Rush's discography yet but I really like how these came out, the Megumu version has to be my favorite just because of the overall colors, well done!

There's just no beating Hanako's route, so that won't change I'm sure. Lilly's route is a strong candidate for second best despite being a bit corny at times, though, I highly reccomend going through it if you ever feel like picking up this game again. It got added to Steam a while ago for free.
