Known as the "Surgeon of Death" for his combination of medical and combat skills.

Occasionally seen with close friend and crewmate Bepo, though it is unknown exactly if Bepo is his first mate or not.

Having consumed the Ope Ope no Mi Devil Fruit, he can create a "room" where he can separate and spatially displace anything and everything within it.

Sometimes drawn alongside the Straw Hat Pirates' doctor Tony Tony Chopper.

It was later revealed that Trafalgar Law's full name is Trafalgar D. Water Law, making him one of the carriers of the legendary "Will of the D."
