Appearance
She has green eyes and short_hair, wavy grey hair which she keeps in a short french braid held with a metal hairband. She also has a mole on her right breast.
Outfits
Her default outfit (post #3589683) consists of a short, collared, pleated white-and-blue armored dress (although sometimes it's depicted as a separate shirt and skirt) with a puffy sleeves and a noticeably large cleavage cutout to the right hand side (described by Noel as a "ventilation"), a small white tabard or pelvic curtain, a white waist cape a brown belt or leather belt with a belt pouch and black legwear thighhighs. She also wears an armor consisting of a single pauldron, a chest guard held with a chest harness and a chest strap, vambraces, black fingerless gloves and greaves. She also carries a mace on her waist.

Second outfit
Her second outfit (post #4174179) consists of a white, ribbed sweater off-shoulder sweater worn over a black tank top, a black choker with a snowflake pendant, a plaid, brown high-waist miniskirt, black socks and brown footwear shoes. Her hairstyle with this outfit consist of a parted half updo with small french braids and blunt bangs.
World Milk Day
In June 1st 2021, she received a variation of her casual clothes as a joke for the World Milk Day, which adds a cow ears, horns and a tail, a collared shirt with a cow print and a neck cowbell. Her hairstyle is also changed it to a single side braid. This peculiar outfit is a result of Noel embracing all the "cow jokes" resulting from her large breasts.
Bavarian beer girl
Her third outfit is a sleeveless German-styled maid outfit (specifically Bavarian beer girl outfit (see dirndl)) with black bowtie and puffy detached sleeves. Her hairstyle has changed into a very long natural hair with some white hair flower, or a twin braids. She can also wear a cow ears and horns from her "milk day" outfit with an addition of an ear tag bearing her name on her left cow ear.
Fourth
Her fourth outfit (post #5460425, revealed on 25 June 2022) consists of a sleeveless black undershirt, black shorts, a single thigh strap on her right, black fold-over boots, with fleur de lis accessory, white detached wide sleeves, a white overshirt, and a blue necktie held by another fleur-de-lis accessory. Her mace is slung to her left by a belt on her waist. In addition, she also ties her hair in a ponytail.
Fifth/school uniform
Her fifth outfit (post #5605127 and post #5605128, revealed on 19 August 2022) is a school uniform, consisting of a white shirt, dark blue jacket, pleated plaid skirt, white socks, loafers, blue striped necktie or blue bowtie, and a two-tone hooded jacket.
Personality
Noel is a soft-spoken knight, well known for her large breasts (previously referred to as K-night-cups, now L cups) and warm, motherly personality. Thought oftentimes also goofing around with other members. She is aware of an attention (and a certain degree of fanarts) she got as a result of her breast size, often teasing and calling her viewers pervert for keep looking at her cleavage. According to various members, Noel's real life breast size (the person behind her character) is actually almost the same as her vtuber avatar, which explains her knowledge about breast size and her attitude about it.
Trivia
She is known for her close relationship with her fellow gen mate Shiranui Flare, to the point that it's sometimes implied that they are actually a couple, although it's never been confirmed. On December 2021, Noel revealed that she is a big fan of Oozora Subaru and cited her as the reason she joined hololive, which leads into a chain of events that shown her never-before-seen hyperactive "ahijo" (hardcore fan) sides.
