She is portrayed with very long white hair, red eyes, large breasts, and dragon horns and tail.

Her outfit consists of a revealing Japanese kimono with wide detached sleeves, white panties, white thighhighs, and black platform footwear. Her rigging is basically a white mechanical dragon with her five 150 mm triple gun mounts.

Trivia

The first ship released under the sixth wave of Priority Ships, Shimanto is an anti-aircraft light cruiser based on the Tone-class, her design features five Type 5 150 mm triple DP mounts alongside the Type 98 100 mm cannons.
