Scooby-Doo character. Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is one of the members of Mystery Inc. and the owner, and best friend, of Scooby-Doo. A cowardly slacker with a big appetite, often joked to be a stoner out-of-universe.
Since late 2017 (though jokes of a similar kind existed before), an increasing amount of memes have appeared in regards to Shaggy that portray him to be much more mighty than originally thought of, initially starting with an association with the Ultra Instinct ability of Dragon Ball fame, before escalating to being considered a god and unknowable force of nature in similar format to Chuck Norris meme. This would ultimately culminate in his appearance in Multiversus referencing the meme.
