One of the main heroines of Kami Jigen Game Neptune V, known as Plutia in English localizations.
She is the CPU of the Megadimension Planeptune. Personification of the prototype Sega Pluto videogame system.
While she seems carefree and airheaded most of the time with a light hint of sadism, her CPU-form Iris Heart takes that sadism to the max.
