professor shinonome

Professor Shinonome, in the manga and anime series Nichijou, is a girl of pre-school age who is nevertheless a genius inventor. Her inventions include (but are not limited to) the fully sapient robot girl Shinonome Nano, who lives with her as a big-sister figure and guardian, and the scarf worn by their cat Sakamoto-san, which translates his meows into human speech.
