Appearance
She has purple eyes and long two-tone hair purple hair with blue inner ones being blue and streaks with blunt bangs, sidelocks and an ahoge, her default hairstyle consists of a pair of twin french braids that transition into a pair of drill-shaped twintails tied with blue ribbons, twin braids and a blue hairband with an anchor hair ornament with her second outfit, and hair down with a one side up with her New Years outfit.
Outfits
Her default outfit consists of a maid headdress with an anchor symbol, a blue frilled short dress with puffy short sleeves with an anchor print and a breast frame that reveals her cleavage and that is decorated with white bows and a blue bowtie. She also wears wrist cuffs, frilled ankle cuffs and blue mary janes with bows on them.
Her second outfit is based on a serafuku and consists of a white short-sleeved sailor shirt with a blue frilled sailor collar , a blue ribbon choker, a light blue bowtie, a blue pleated high-waist suspender miniskirt, reaching under her bust, a white open jacket with long sleeves, a white pantyhose and black loafers, she also now has cat ears and a cat tail with a tail ribbon.
Her Azur Lane collaboration outfit is basically a one-piece swimsuit version of her default outfit, sporting detached sleeves and white thighhighs. She also rides a submarine rig with her trademark "neeeeee" written on the aft sides of the rig in hiragana and romaji. Due to her status in the collaboration event as a submarine, she ends up as a target of jokes by players who point out the Royal Navy's lack of a submarine shipgirl.
Personality and trivia
Aqua is somewhat of a klutz, which usually means her plans go belly up (in a very explosive way), in spite of this she has been shown to be quite good at a number of games. Aqua is usually paired with Murasaki Shion due to their Minecraft neighborly dispute, and her annoyed "neeeee!" is a trademark. Also pairs with Nakiri Ayame along with Shion in the once popular Manjigumi Trio. In Minecraft, she is often associated with the TNT block due to her tenacity of using them regularly (or often blowing herself up with it).
In spite with her "ponkotsu" tendency in other games, she's extremely skilled in FPS games, rivaling or even surpassing Shishiro Botan, most notably reached top 10 ranks of Japanese Apex Legends streamers in terms of efficiency.
Due to her very round head and hairstyle in her 3D models, she has gained the nickname "onion" from overseas fans, a nickname in which she's initially shy about it but embraced later.
