The local well-endowed klutz. Her self-deprecation attitude matches Rice Shower's (the big difference is that Doto has a lot of friends despite always losing while Rice, due to her reputation, has only a few loyal friends). Also she is a fan of T.M. Opera O, whom she idolizes.
She has short brown hair with white bangs and a question mark-shaped ahoge as well as purple eyes with (usually) a swirly motif. She has a constant cat mouth and wears a thin ear ribbon around her right ear.

Though she has skill, she’s a shy, negative-thinking horse girl. Though her name (Doto) means “surging waves” she is quite mild-mannered. She’s always shivering out of fear. Because of this, despite her skill, she doesn’t win races too often, defeated by her own low self-confidence.
