Ludwig von Koopa (also known as Kooky von Koopa) is the oldest Koopaling and was Bowser's second-in-command until Bowser Jr. came along. He possesses a magnificent intelligence. He loves playing video games with his younger brothers, is somewhat arrogant, and is said to be the cruelest of all the Koopalings, but is still very much into culture; he likes listening to classical music and is a composer himself.
