Kikou Souseiki Mospeada Wiki

Kikou Souseiki Mospeada (機甲創世記モスピーダ lit. Armored Genesis Mospeada, known in English as Genesis Climber Mospeada) is a science fiction mecha anime TV series created by Aramaki Shinji and Kakinuma Hideki. It is the first series of the MOSPEADA franchise.

The 25-episode television series ran from late 1983 to early 1984 in Japan. The show is set in the year 2083, when the Earth faces an alien occupation that has lasted 33 years.

Mospeada (mecha) stands for "Military Operation Soldier Protection Emergency Aviation Dive Armor", one of the transformable motorcycle-power armors the series features.

The other primary mecha featured in the show are the three-form transformable fighter called the Armo-Fighter AFC-01 Legioss and another three form heavy mecha called AB-01 Tread.

All the human and alien mechanical designs for the series were created by Aramaki Shinji and Kakinuma Hideki respectively.

Mospeada became The New Generation in the ROBOTECH American adaptation of the series.
