Main antagonist of JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken Part 2. Leader of the Pillar Men, ancient vampires vastly superior to those created by the Stone Mask, which he invented. He has three horns and long, wavy hair and his default attire has him topless male, showing off his muscles and abs.

Namesake is the American new wave band The Cars.
