Her full name is Tachibana Hikari.
Her and her sister's names are based off the real-life Hikari and Nozomi shinkansen operated by the Japan Railways group.
She and her sister are often referred to by the fandom as "shupogaki", a portmanteau of the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a train makes (choo choo) and gaki (brat).
She is often seen doing the rabbit pose.
