Hamanaka Midori is a secondary male character from Kokuhaku Jikkou Iinkai. He was born on January 23. He is a Sakuragaoka High School student in Class 1-1, and a member of the "Idiot Trio" consisting of himself, Enomoto Koutarou, and Shibasaki Ken.

Appearance

• He has brown eyes, messy short black hair , a small bandage on cheek near mouth, and pierced left ear.
• Midori used to wear his school uniform white collared shirt with sleeves rolled up and left the top partially unbuttoned. He wears a green T-shirt underneath it, and wears his blazer tied around his waist. When not in school, he wears large, clunky brown boots.

Personality and actions

Midori is described as the type of boy who is energetic and boisterous outside of a relationship, but inside he is more anxious, shy, and delicate. He acknowledges his insecurities when it comes to romance and seeks to become a much "cooler, manlier" person to stand by the person he loves. Midori plays guitar in his school's music club. When he graduates from Sakuragaoka, Midori continues to pursue a musical career, writing his own songs and performing in a small-time band as a guitarist and lead singer.
