elpeo puru
A character in Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ. Voiced by the late Honda Chieko. She piloted a custom Qubeley Mk-II (colored purple).
It is said that she was named after a magazine called "Lemon People" (L. People), hence the odd romanization of her name.
