curren chan (umamusume)
Umamusume character. She's a horse girl with short light brown or grey hair, purple eyes. She wears black ear covers and a hairband along with a red ear ribbon around her left ear.
Curren Chan is the self-proclaimed cutie of Tracen Academy, although she tends to be portrayed to be more guileful with her cuteness than she really does. She tends to refer to the Trainer as "Onii-chan/Onee-chan", making her part of the "little sister" club with Rice Shower. Otherwise, she's specialized in short-distance races.
While "Curren" is actually a kanmei (a common name used by the owner to name their horses and disambiguate them from others who would otherwise have the same name), taken from the OG horse's owner's daughter's name (Karen) but here, since "Chan" literally means the honorific "-chan", it just sounds like she's directly named after the person.
Her racing outfit is based on the owner's racing colors (that is, the "Curren" colors), wearing a two-layered outfit consisting of a sleeveless dress with vertical black and white stripes under a black open coat with a very wide collar, long sleeves with red trim at the upper arm as well as red thighhighs and knee boots.

An exceedingly precocious and modern girl. She’s so casual with trainers that she’s liable to just refer to them as “bro.” Though she’s a bit naive, she shows incredible ability once flattered. She’s unbeatable when running short distances, where she looks a flash of light.
