Group of mostly aquatic arthropod invertebrates (possess jointed legs, body segments, exoskeleton). A feature distinguishing them from other arthropods, such as bugs and spiders, is that their jointed limbs form branched appendages.

Tag can also be used when said animal is being eaten as food.
