command and conquer: red alert 3
The third main entry (i.e. not counting expansion packs) in the Command and Conquer Red Alert series.
Plot: The Soviets, who were losing WWIII, used their experimental time machine to travel back in time to remove Einstein from the time stream. They succeed, but in doing so merely made the situation more complex by giving into existence the Empire of the Rising Sun. Thus in this new timeline three factions (Allies, Soviets, and Empire) wages war for the dominance of the world.
Gameplay: continuing the trend of the previous game of the series in more cartoony aesthetics while the gameplay shifted away from macromanaging of resources & production to that of micromanaging special abilities of individual units, of which every single unit has a secondary ability of some kind.
Other: notable for a lot of celebrity actors and actresses appearing in the FMV cutscenes.
