최번개 (チョイ・ボンゲ)
The King of Fighters character.
He is a small criminal (a contrast to Chang Koehan's big) who fights using his personal-made claws.
He has since learned a little bit of taekwondo thanks to Kim Kaphwan's training regime (namely the Hishou Kyaku, in which he does a diving Dynamic Entry-like kick that keeps hitting the enemy until Choi lands, and the Hienzan, in which he does a perfect backflip kick), as well as the Hou'ou Kyaku (a taekwondo ranbu).
Known for ending sentences with "de yansu" frequently.
