The dark pink-haired character from the manga and anime Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (aka. Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon) by Takeuchi Naoko.
She was the civilian identity of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon. Her appearance was that of a very young child, with red hair set in two heart-shaped double buns, and blue eyes. Chibi Chibi's vocabulary was limited to a few simple words and repeating what other people said. The most frequently used was "Chibi" (hence her name). Her true form is that of Sailor Cosmos.
She is voiced by Mitsuishi Kotono in both the 90s anime and Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal.
