One of the main characters of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters.

The Pharaoh of ancient Egypt and the so-called "King of Games" for his talent that allows him to play and win any kind of games. After he died, he had his soul sealed inside the Millennium Puzzle in an attempt to seal the evil spirit Zorc Necrophades. Muto Yugi solves the puzzle and the Pharaoh inhabits his body, manifesting as the older version of Yugi, nicknamed Yami Yugi.

While technically the same person as Yami Yugi, this tag refers to the "original" form of Atem. Specifically with darker skin than Yugi and/or with ancient Ancient egyptian attire.
