Rhodesia was a British colony and later an unrecognised country in Africa, which is now Zimbabwe and parts of Zambia. Ruled by the white minority with similar apatheid-like segregation laws with South Africa, the country collapsed in 1980 after the Rhodesian Bush war and replaced by Zimbabwe.
The Rhodesian military is known for their usage of short shorts, and for creating the Rhodesian Brushstroke camouflage pattern.
