Overview
Has someone been going about AIBooru, persistently vandalizing the Wiki, spamming the forums or posting spoilers in comments? Have something you like about another user who is helping out at AIBooru?
User Records are a means of bringing attention to disruptive or helpful behavior from other AIBooru users. Negative records can be issued to bring attention to repeated disruptive behavior, while positive records are for continued service and contribution to AIBooru.
Please note that User Records are to be used sparingly and for persistent, exceptional behavior only. Many users on AIBooru take user records very seriously, so please issue records only when absolutely necessary.
Records can only be issued by users of Gold level accounts or higher.
Guidelines
0. Read the User Record Guidelines
Familiarize yourself with the User Record Guidelines before issuing User Records. One-off issues should be resolved with a warning sent to the user via Dmail private messages. Positive records must be thoroughly justified.
1. Identify the kind of behavior you want to report.
Is it behavior on the forums, or flooding the Mod Queue with distasteful uploads? Have they been writing excellent Wiki edits, or have they been helping out a lot with quality translations?
More importantly, in the case of disruptive behavior, is it possible to change the user's behavior without a Negative Record?
Think over this issues before issuing a User Record, then proceed to the next step only if it is justified.
2. Open up the User Records.
Every user's Records are easily accessible from their User Page.
User pages are accessible by simply clicking on the user's name that appear on comments, forum posts or in the Statistics section of an image upload.
Once inside their user page, click on Add next to the number beside the Record field on the user's statistics. You will be presented with the user's personal Records screen, which lists all the Records the user ever had.
3. Write the User Record.
While in the Records screen, click on Add on the upper left part of the screen, in header.
A box will appear. If you are issuing a Positive Record, be sure to tick the Positive check box before writing your Record.
Type your reason to issue the Record on the user inside the box. Be concise, objective and fair when giving User Records. Providing links to evidence is completely optional but sometimes discouraged, as user records are meant to describe the sum of a user's actions over a longer period of time, and not be based on a single incident. Evidence is automatically recorded by AIBooru, and other users may browse their Post, Comment, Forum and Wiki Edit Histories to see for themselves.
4. Issue the Record.
Click on Submit, and the Record will be issued. The Record will now be visible by any user who looks at the Records from the user's User page.
