She is not a genderbent Gawain, but actually a hellhound fairy named Barghest who takes on his name.
Compared to other female Servants before her, she is unusually tall, standing 10 cm above her male counterpart at 190 cm and weighing 120 kg due to her very muscular build and huge breasts.
