Bianca Zero has blonde hair and green eyes, the hair style consist of double-parted bangs, long locks and a braided bundle at the back. Other notable appearance tags are mole under left eye and large breasts. Though her hair style incorporates hair intakes, it is usually hidden by the headwear.
Her apparel consists of a white shirt, white fur trimmed surcoat, black high-waist skirt and black leggings with arygle patterns. Other notable apparels include black gloves, white papakha, high heels and thigh straps.
Sometimes her outfit is depicted differently, with blue hat feathers on her papakha, embedded with medallions, or the papakha being replaced all together with a shako cap.
