Main character of SNK's Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series and younger brother to Terry Bogard.

Andy is a ninja, and ninjas wear traditional ninja robe. In Andy's case, he wears a white shinobi shozoko with red gloves and belt. His outfit mostly sports a fire design. He has blonde hair that is normally tied in a ponytail until he eventually unties it.

Shiranui Mai is his lover and hopes that he will marry her.
