Generated with Latent Coupler extension which is a basic implementation of putting multiple person with different characteristics in a single image. However, image result always went off all the time so don't expect better accuracy when using this old plugin.
Later edited with using img2img to adjust color issues.

This image also had been posted on my pixiv account as well, but for some odd reason, my account got shadowbanned without apparent reason. No warning messages about posting AI art stuff despite I was putting the right tags.
