I seemed to have made speech bubbles smaller compared to average, but it felt weird to me to go any bigger. I've never used a phone to read webcomics, by the way. I eyeballed the font size, CC Samaritan at 30 px for regular text on 848 px width image. Really dumb thing is this font automatically converts capital I to vertical I when adjacent to letters, so I have to space out and edit rasterized text when I write acronyms.
On the chance the first rectangular text box is unclear, it's the author wondering why he's trying to make his gens look like a webtoon. (Because he wants to.)
