In "My Uploads," the same post is duplicated and displayed twice. Is there a known solution for this issue? During the upload process, I accidentally selected an image that had already been posted, which caused this problem. Fortunately, the duplicated post is not visible to others on the main page.

Until you click "Post" its not visible, so its not a problem. There is a delete button at the top of the unposted upload page though, if you want to remove it.
"It seems like I'm seeing duplicate posts. For some reason, two posts with identical content and links are appearing for me. Aside from being a bit annoying, this isn’t causing any issues, so if there aren’t any known similar cases or fixes related to this, I’ll just ignore it.
