Could someone clarify the difference between questionable and sensitive? I'm used to seeing only "questionable" in-between safe and explicit, and the howto:rate page does not exist. Thanks.
Questionable is the same it always was. Sensitive is the new 'safe', because we have 'general' for completely safe-for-work images (no cleavage or anything sexually suggestive).
