Delete post 23667

Not exactly sure why tremolo_measure submitted the image twice, but this is literally the exact same image as post 23661, right down to the seed and file size. The only difference is that it comes from two different hosting sources.

Is there a reason why we haven't been using pixel-perfect duplicate in these cases?
