change tag to artist tag

BUR #117 has been rejected.

category nazzaroth -> artist

i added the tag wrong, nazzaroth is my artist name, not a general tag.

You can do it yourself. Go to "Tags" tab, find your artist name tag, then click edit and change category.

That or you can edit the post and prefix the tag with "artist:" then save and it'll automatically update the tag category.

sorry didn't know that i could do it that way too. But thank you for fixing my mistake ^^
